There is a lot to the message system here on Tandy Services. Here is a list of some of the auto mailers:
Members Birthday = Only send to member by email. That day.
Truck Lube or PM = Sent to member and office once a week on a Sunday by email and text members. Starts from 1000 mile to past due. Once past due the system send emails and text twice a week(Wednesdays and Sundays).
Truck and Trailer Documents = Truck personal documents go to driver email plus text and office. The Fleet and Trailer only go to office. Email starts 30 days before expiring for every week notice. After expired twice a week.
Members Documents = Sends a email and text to driver as well as office once a week for the last 30 days. After past expired then twice a week(Wednesdays and Sundays).
Package Tracking = Only sent to member email and text every day. If checked for Joule it will send an email letting them know.
Address Book Birthdays and Anniversary = Only emailed to the member the day of.
Trip Sheet Loaded and Dropped = Sends an email to dispatch with all information filled out with pictures.
Trip Sheet Complete = Sends a email to payroll that the trip was completed. |
